    Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy :

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy for permanent, apprentice, and intern positions.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined recruitment workflows and data-driven hiring decisions.
    • Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and partnerships.
    • Apprenticeship, Campus & Internship Programs :

    • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and skill development institutes.
    • Design and implement campus hiring strategies, including career fairs, pre-placement talks, and internship programs.
    • Manage and ensure compliance of apprenticeship training programs with industry regulations.
    • Develop structured internship programs that offer learning opportunities and conversion to full-time roles.
    • Onboarding & Employee Experience :

    • Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for all new hires, including apprentices and interns.
    • Implement digital onboarding solutions integrated with ATS and HR systems.
    • Ensure a seamless pre-boarding process, including offer letter issuance, background verification, and documentation.
    • Conduct new hire orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and role expectations.
    • Monitor and improve new hire engagement, retention, and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
    • Policy Drafting & Implementation :

    • Draft, review, and implement recruitment and onboarding policies in alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
    • Establish SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of apprentices and interns.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, apprenticeship regulations, and internal governance policies.
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management :

    • Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of ATS for recruitment efficiency.
    • Train HR teams and hiring managers on ATS usage, compliance tracking, and reporting.
    • Monitor ATS analytics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
    • Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight :

    • Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and development.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and monitor training programs.
    • Track learning progress, compliance training, and certifications through LMS reporting tools.
    • Stakeholder & Vendor Management :

    • Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and talent strategies.
    • Engage with external recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, ATS / LMS service providers, and academic institutions.
    • Leverage HR analytics and feedback mechanisms to improve hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
    • Employer Branding & Engagement :

    • Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
    • Develop and execute onboarding engagement plans to integrate new hires into company culture.
    • Utilize ATS & LMS insights to enhance HR engagement strategies.
    • Required Skills :

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Required Qualification :

    • Any Graduation MBA - HR
