Job Title : Senior React Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building dynamic, high-performance web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React fundamentals, along with strong knowledge of state management (Redux / Context API) and modern frontend development practices.

As part of our team, you will design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces while collaborating with backend developers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Mandatory Skills :

6+ years of frontend development with React.js (v16+).

Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 expertise.

React fundamentals (JSX, hooks, component lifecycle).

State management (Redux / Context API).

RESTful API integration.

Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Agile / Scrum experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

Develop high-performance, reusable React components using JSX, hooks, and functional components.
Implement state management using Redux (with Redux Toolkit) or Context API.
Optimize rendering performance (React.memo, useCallback, lazy loading).
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design (CSS3, Flexbox / Grid).

Modern JavaScript & Tooling :

Write clean, modular JavaScript (ES6+) with TypeScript as a plus.

Use Webpack, Babel, and npm / yarn for efficient bundling.

Integrate with RESTful / GraphQL APIs for seamless data flow.

Testing & Quality :

Write unit & integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library).

Perform code reviews and enforce best practices (linting with ESLint).

Debug and resolve UI / performance issues using React DevTools.

Collaboration & Agile :

Work in Agile / Scrum teams (daily standups, sprint planning).

Collaborate with backend developers (Node.js / Java) and UI / UX designers.

Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
