We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance And Accounting to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations, with a strong focus on taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting. Roles and Responsibilities :

Finance & Accounting Oversight

• Lead the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) aligned with statutory and corporate requirements
• Ensure accurate provisioning and reporting of taxes in financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all departments
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end / year-end closing processes

Role Requirements :

Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Skills :

Working days : Monday - Saturday
