Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams. This role involves understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, demonstrating the value of UsefulBI's offerings, and supporting project delivery with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide consultative sales support during client engagements.
- Solution Demonstration : Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and solution presentations to key stakeholders, particularly in the pharma and healthcare domains.
- Technical Translation : Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, clearly articulating the value proposition of UsefulBI's offerings.
- Documentation : Prepare high-quality pre-sales documentation, proposals, and RFP responses aligned with U.S. market standards.
- Industry Insight : Maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including regulatory requirements and evolving trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and strategically aligned.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution. Prior experience in managing high-visibility data projects with cross-functional stakeholders will be an Proven experience in a pre-sales, business analyst, or client-facing role, ideally supporting data or analytics projects within the U.S. healthcare or pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Visualization, and AI / ML concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proposal development tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting project delivery.
- Willingness to work during overlapping hours with U.S.-based clients.
