A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a companys long-term goals. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the right people are brought on board to contribute to the organizations success.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers :
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Understand the requirements for various positions within the organization.
  • Utilize online channels (such as social platforms and professional networks) to source potential candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates :
  • Build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Interview and Selection Procedures :
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employer Branding :
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Relationship Building :
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements and Skills :

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
