About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Writer / Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in securing work that delivers vital utilities infrastructure across Australia.

Key Responsibility :

Content Management & Writing

• Work closely with subject matter experts, project teams, and leadership to develop tailored, persuasive bids, tenders, EOIs, and capability documents.
• Support knowledge management by maintaining bid libraries, templates, CVs, and project case studies.
• Draft and edit non-technical content such as company profiles, project experience, methodology sections, and executive summaries.
• Compile and edit bid content that showcases technical capabilities, methodologies, and competitive advantages, ensuring accuracy and compliance
