Job description

Job Title : Salesforce Platform Developer

Job Type : Remote

Experience : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning / Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features using declarative tools such as Flows , Validation Rules , and Process Builder .
  • Install, configure, and customize managed packages , including AppExchange solutions.
  • Customize and support third-party Salesforce managed packages as per business needs.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce security models , including role hierarchies , sharing rules , profiles , and permission sets .
  • Manage and configure Public Groups and Queues to support business processes and sharing requirements.
  • Ensure platform compliance with Salesforce governor limits through optimized code and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 + years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Apex , SOQL , LWC , and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative features and automation tools .
  • Experience working with Salesforce managed packages .
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and access control mechanisms.
  • Experience with or exposure to Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits , performance tuning, and best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
