Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical expertise, a strong business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will be expected to lead complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects — from problem definition, data extraction, data wrangling, to insight generation and presentation.
• Partner with business, product, operations, and engineering teams to identify and solve key business challenges using data.
• Build and maintain robust dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that drive performance tracking and decision-making.
• Design and implement A / B tests and statistical models to support experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Interpret data trends, identify business opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Optimize data quality and ensure governance and best practices in data management.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in tools, methodologies, and business understanding.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive data processes.
