This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a rewarding career in international recruitment. Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle.
• Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with
