Junior site engineer

Reporting To : Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager

Qualification : ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Language : Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

Salary Package : 15 K – 25 K

With a strong focus on quality, transparency and timely execution, we are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to support daily on-site execution, documentation and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings, BOQ and project schedule.
• Supervise site labour and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate daily site reports and labour attendance.
• Maintain site registers, field measurement books and other documentation.
• Manage and guide site labour and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor storage, usage and documentation of materials to minimize wastage.
• Report progress, delays and quality issues to the Senior Supervisor / Site Manager.
• Ensure stage-wise inspections to enforce quality control at every phase.
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, attendance records and progress updates to the Project Manager / Sr. Site Engineer
