Job Description
We are looking for a sharp and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with B2B campaigns and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, launch, and manage search, social, display, and retargeting campaigns across all major paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Continuously optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads at a lower cost per lead (CPL) .
Conduct A / B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to boost performance.
Manage and track campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Analyze campaign data including keywords, ad copies, geographies , and user behaviour to derive actionable insights.
Understand and map the complete digital lead journey —from campaign engagement to end-level conversion.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test and deploy new ideas and formats.
Deliver measurable improvements in ROI, CPA, and lead quality across channels.
