About the Role
Square Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven person to sell, manage and
develop markets across key textile hubs in India, Bangladesh and Sri-Lanka. The ideal
candidate must possess hands-on experience working with buying houses or established
apparel brands, have a well-developed vendor network, and demonstrate deep market
knowledge of textiles and apparel manufacturing within the Indian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and sales.
Travel abroad and meet prospective clients.
Build and manage strong vendor networks across India.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize sourcing efficiency.
Track market trends and raw material prices for informed decisions.
Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams.
Explore new markets, textile clusters, and product innovations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Fashion / Supply Chain; Master’s preferred.
5–10 years’ experience with buying houses or apparel brands.
Strong vendor network across major textile hubs in India.
Solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, costing, and tech specs.
Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and fast-paced sourcing cycles.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
Willing to travel for vendor meetings and market development.
