Oracle EBS Project Accounting Functional Consultant

Experience Level : 5–8 Years

Location : Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Project Accounting Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience across key Project Accounting modules, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Intercompany, and Project to Assets Integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead or support the implementation and rollout of Oracle EBS Project Accounting modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions using Oracle best practices.
Configure and customize Oracle Project Accounting modules to meet client needs.
Conduct detailed functional testing, UAT, and support production deployments.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare functional specifications, training documents, and process flows.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Project Accounting modules :

Project Foundation

Project Costing

Project Billing

Project Intercompany

Project to Assets Integration

Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle EBS Project Accounting implementation.

Good understanding of Oracle Financials integration points.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Knowledge of related Oracle modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).

Experience working with global implementation teams.

Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 environment and upgrades.

Exposure to data migration and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, OTBI).

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Oracle EBS certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
