Lead - Operational Risk - NBFC - CA

We are Hiring for a Leading NBFC in their Risk Department

To develop methodology and mechanisms to monitor and control Operational risk within the organization and develop early warning signals for monitoring the risk profile to ensure that proactive measures can be taken on timely "Lead - Operational Risk" management for the organization, including developing and implementing the Operational Risk Framework, RCSA plans, KRIs, and continuous monitoring mechanisms.

• Further to develop methodology and mechanisms to monitor and control Operational risk within the organization and develop early warning signals for monitoring the risk profile to ensure that proactive measures can be taken on timely risk policies and processes (including BCP, IT risk, outsourcing), process automation / improvement, early warning signals, and mitigation planning in coordination with business teams.
