Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, building relationships with them, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand clients' staffing needs and identify suitable candidates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that candidates receive the best possible experience
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, human resources, or a related field preferred.At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in using recruitment tools and softwareShift : 05 : 30pm – 02 : 30am
