Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Assistant located in Gurugram. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, including export documentation. Day-to-day tasks will involve preparing, handling, and archiving various documents, ensuring that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accurately reflects the company's procedures and standards.

• Can prepare Pre & Post Documentation,
• Can preparing export Invoice,
• packing List,
• tracking Shipment,
• Coordination with Overseas Buyers,
• Can coordinate with Agents regarding shipments,
• Handling Export documents and submission to Banks, DGFT
• can keep all export documents.
• should be knowledge of courier and export activities.
• Can coordinate with accounts team requirements.
