Job descriptionA Masters / Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field (preferably from a top-tier institute). At least 4 years of experience in analytics or data science. Strong skills in Python (especially NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.). Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics. Experience working with l arge data sets and advanced statistical models. Good communication and documentation skills.

This role focuses on designing and improving the way we measure data. Youll use data, statistics, and programming tools to help ensure the information we gather is accurate, reliable, and useful.
What youll do :
- Use statistics and data models to study and improve how we measure data.
- Work with big datasets to clean, analyze, and find patterns.
- Help design new products using data science and research methods.
- Write clear documentation of how your research and models work.
- Collaborate with teams like Sample Design, Tech, and Product to solve data problems.
- Use tools like Python, R, or SAS for your analysis.
- Apply machine learning to improve data validation and predictions.
