Job Summary :
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Paid Social Campaign Manager to lead our social media advertising efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid social campaigns to deliver strong ROI and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
- Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and budgets to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, sales, and ROAS.
- Work closely with creative teams to design ad copies, visuals, and videos tailored to each platform.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations on bids, targeting, and placements.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and policies in paid social advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to integrate paid social efforts with overall digital marketing strategy.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.5–7 years of proven experience managing paid social campaigns.Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social ad platforms.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience with e-commerce or B2B lead generation campaigns.Knowledge of performance marketing and attribution models.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.Meta and LinkedIn certifications are a plus.Skills Required
