Job Title : Full Stack Engineer - NodeJS

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer proficient in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the entire technology stack, building robust backend services and responsive frontend interfaces, while leveraging cloud services to ensure high availability and performance. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React.js and related frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
  • Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and Cognito to deploy, scale, and secure applications.
  • Develop and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) to support application data requirements.
  • Implement microservices and event-driven architectures for scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance in application development and deployment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, Cognito).
  • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Next.js.
  • Experience working with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and TDD methodologies.
  • English proficiency at a professional working level.

  • Knowledge of ElasticSearch or advanced search / indexing technologies.
  • Commercial experience with cloud platforms beyond AWS (e.g., GCP).
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in software development teams.
