C# Dot Net Developer

LanceSoft Technologies is looking for a .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and WPF to develop high-quality Windows-based applications . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in object-oriented programming (OOPs) and be capable of problem-solving and innovation in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Windows-based applications using C# and .NET .
• Work extensively with WPF for creating dynamic user interfaces.
• Apply OOP principles effectively in software development projects.
• Take ownership of small modules within a project and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Solve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
• Interpret and analyze test and simulation results for performance improvements.
• Provide input to testing processes , using simulation and real-world results.
• Actively contribute to prototyping, proof of concepts (POCs), and innovation .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarity .
• Develop and deliver effective presentations on project progress and technical solutions.
