SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CONTRACT

Currently partnered with a Tier 2 head contractor that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (contract) to join our team on a major residential project in Glebe.

This contract role will focus on the final stages of the development , including completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the team through the completion and handover phase
• Liaise with stakeholders, including NSW Land & Housing, contractors, and consultants
• Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the final stage
• Provide clear reporting to senior management throughout the final phases
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and to quality standards

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly in the final phases of development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of NSW construction regulations and approvals
