About the Job
We are seeking a Group Head Copy who can drive powerful storytelling and impactful creative thinking across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be a conceptual thinker, team mentor, and brand custodian someone who can lead integrated campaigns, elevate copy across touchpoints, and ensure the voice of the brand is strong, consistent, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead copy development for 360-degree campaigns including digital, social media, video scripts, websites, emailers, and more.
- Own and evolve the brand tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Translate briefs into breakthrough ideas that are culturally relevant and brand-forward.
- Guide and mentor a team of copywriters to improve creative output and conceptual thinking.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns.
- Ensure clarity, creativity, and quality of all written communications delivered to clients.
- Present ideas confidently in internal and client meetings, contributing to broader strategic discussions.
- Stay ahead of digital and content trends to keep brand communication relevant and modern.
Required Skillsets
