Senior Business Analyst – Wholesale / Commercial Banking

Locations : Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Gurgaon

Experience : 8 to 15 Years

About the Role :

We’re looking for Senior Business Analysts who bring strong domain expertise in Wholesale or Commercial Banking , and can work independently with senior stakeholders to deliver regulatory and business transformation programs. Prior experience in regulatory projects like MiFID, Brexit, or similar initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end business analysis for complex banking or regulatory change programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional and senior business teams to gather and manage requirements
• Perform deep-dive product and data analysis related to trade, treasury, or regulatory domains
• Own requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and sign-offs
• Support the implementation lifecycle from requirement to delivery and testing
