At Livlong 365 , we’re looking for a strategic leader to drive innovation in our Health Insurance vertical. As Chief Manager / AVP – Product Management , you’ll shape and execute our insurance product roadmap, work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver customer-centric solutions that fuel our growth.

As a Chief Manager / AVP – Product Management (Health Insurance), you will :

Define Product Strategy

  • Create a forward-looking multi-year strategy tailored to customer segments : Individual, Group, Corporate
  • Build unique value propositions to differentiate in a competitive insurance market

Manage Product Portfolio

  • Oversee design, launch, and continuous improvement of health insurance offerings
  • Ensure integration with underwriting, claims, tech & customer service

    • Lead Market Analysis

  • Conduct research to identify opportunities, gaps, risks, and innovation areas in health insurance broking

    • Drive Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Actuarial, Marketing, Legal & IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing products

    • Build & Lead a Team

  • Mentor a team of product strategists and drive a high-performance, customer-first culture

    • Monitor Performance

  • Define KPIs, evaluate metrics, and make data-backed decisions to improve adoption, revenue, and CX

    • Who Should Apply?

  • 12+ years of total experience, with 7+ years in product management & strategy within health insurance or insurance broking
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory landscape
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Educational Qualification : Graduate + MBA / MHA (preferred)
