Mode : Work from Office (WFO)

Shift : 247 Rotational (including night shifts)

Joining : Immediate or within 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

Handle technical support queries from international customers

Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails

Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

Education : Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate ( BCA MCA)

Freshers & experienced candidates (up to 4 years)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic technical knowledge is a must

Immediate joiners or max 15 days notice

CTC : 2.2 LPA 3.2 LPA (based on experience)
