For this purpose, we are applying the most modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), SAP HANA, Microsoft 365 and Industry 4.0 (IoT).Position DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance and projects related Basis as well as Security operations of our Global SAP Landscape.Technical planning, system upgrades, installations, maintain and support routine SAP operations, Upgrades and new implementations.Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in P1 / S1 issues calls & crisis resolution meetings as necessary.Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP operations & new initiatives.Maintain and create relevant system documentation.Setup EWR and continuously work to address recommendations.. Work together with cross-functional global team based in Germany as well as with infrastructure and cloud service provider vendors.Candidate ProfileEducational QualificationPG in Accountancy, or Charted Accountant / CS or MBA FinanceExperience and Skills8-10 years of experience on SAP BASIS including complex as well as cloud infrastructure architecture.Experience on Technical Planning, Operations, Installations, Upgrades.Ability to Install, configure, maintain and support diverse SAP Landscape (Like S4HANA, ECC, BW, BI, Solman, PO, SCM etc.)Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix / Windows / Linux), Database (SAP ASE / Oracle / HANA) Administration.Knowledge / Experience in performance tuning, System copies / Refreshes etc.Ability to troubleshoot / analyze and resolve technical problems.Ability to work on activities involved in Plan areas (Sizing, Scoping, Landscape Strategy, High - Availability etc.) without much supervision at transaction level.Willingness to travel with an average of 25% is a prerequisite.Behavioural AttributesSound interpersonal and communication skills.Open to work and interact with virtual and international teams.Solution Focused – Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.Accountable – Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results.Self-Starter - Strong bias for action and sense of urgency.Integrity - High integrity team player.Hands on Mentality and willing to find solution pro-actively.
