Indifly - Manager / Lead - Social Media

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and visuals tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media initiatives with business goals.
• Build and maintain the brand's online presence and community engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor junior social media team members.

Essential Skills & Experience :

• 7-10 years of experience in social media management, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring ROI and campaign performance.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
