Position Summary
An Associate Group Head / Group Head would look into the day-to-day needs of an account and also ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue along with the Account Director. An Associate Group Head / Group Head must assist the Account Director to deliver brand objectives. An Associate Group Head / Group Head also serves as the internal team leader and drives integration with all the verticals.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Fosters innovation and quality to ensure delivery of best product in the industry
- Is responsible for creating brand strategies and insights for brands
- Be the brand / category subject matter expert (Beauty, Healthcare, Lifestyle category is a plus)
- Provide proactive contribution to clients’ business, demonstrating best-in-class interactive product (innovation and quality)
- Proactive business review meetings to be conducted with all the clients
- Develop annual strategies and achieve the overall strategic and financial goal
- Manage escalations on the account
- Quarterly planning and briefing the team on the planned campaigns
- Overseeing financial process for the account

Education :
Post Graduate / MBA (Xavier’s, MICA, Flame)Must have experience in the digital landscapeStrong management / marketing experience including : team, budget and client relationshipExcellent writing and presentation skillsExtreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentAgency / Brand experience for at least 6+ years
Proficient in using AI tools to build efficiencies
Brand relationship building capabilities (client retention for min 2 years with references)
