Role Objective :
To conceptualize, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, improving customer engagement, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through data-driven marketing initiatives in the Drives & Automation segment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization :
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid media, content marketing).
- Integrate marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Zoho Campaigns) for lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates across the marketing funnel; report monthly KPIs (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion).
- Ensure seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team and follow through till closure.
- Track, respond to, and assign web-based inquiries in coordination with sales representatives, ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT).
2. CRM and Data Management :
Maintain and update customer profiles and campaign responses in the SAP CRM or equivalent system.Segment customer data based on verticals, industries, or application use-cases for targeted marketing.Enable CRM-based workflows and alerts for sales follow-ups and customer engagement milestones.3. Digital Campaign Management :
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SEMrush AI, Canva AI) for campaign ideation, personalization, and performance tracking.Plan and execute targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns including :Monthly newslettersProduct launch announcementsApplication success storiesSeminar / webinar / event invitesThank-you / gratitude mailersDevelop and maintain a digital library of case studies, technical presentations, brochures, flyers, and videos.Track engagement metrics (CTR, open rate, bounce rate, UTM tracking) and continuously A / B test for optimization.4. Content Creation & Social Media Management :
Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content tailored for engineers, OEMs, and system integrators.Draft blog posts, whitepapers, LinkedIn articles, infographics, explainer videos, and product demos.Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) to increase reach, engagement, and follower base.Track KPIs like impressions, shares, comments, and follower growth using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics.5. Branding & Corporate Communication :
Coordinate with vertical managers and central communication teams for :Organizing webinars, technical seminars, customer days, and industry exhibitions.Supporting creation of vertical-specific brochures, application flyers, and catalogs.Assisting in preparation of consultant / customer-specific approval kits.Developing and launching product performance / demo videos.Ensure website content is current and optimized for UX and SEO by collaborating with the corporate web team.6. Market Intelligence & Analytics :
Conduct ongoing market research to monitor :Emerging trends in drives & automationCompetitor product launches, content strategies, and marketing campaignsCustomer behavior, needs, and satisfaction trendsTrack Net Promoter Scores (NPS), customer satisfaction surveys post product delivery / training / service, and identify improvement areas.Present actionable insights and weekly digital marketing reports to the leadership team.Required Skills & Competencies :
Technical Tools : Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta / LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, SAP CRM, Salesforce, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp.Content Skills : Strong writing and visual storytelling skills for industrial and technical audiences.Analytical Mindset : Ability to extract insights from campaign data and drive evidence-based improvements.Communication : Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Sales, Product, Application, and Corporate Communications.Project Management : Ability to handle multiple campaigns with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering with a digital marketing specialization.Google Ads or HubSpot certifications preferred.Prior experience in the industrial automation, drives, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.Performance Metrics (KPIs) :
