Job Description-

IBS design using iBwave tool : Prepare prediction models in iBwave. Calculate link budget, SC6. DAS test plan for proposed IBS. Understanding walk test measurement and existing network performance to determine IBS requirement and suggest possible solutions. Able to Design and configure, commissioning and Optimization of active DAS solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing network infrastructure. Conduct Acceptance testing and validation of active DAS installations. Develop and implement strategies, maintaining detailed documentation for capacity planning and load balancing in active DAS systems. Able to Conduct / review Site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed In-building solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the Design and Implementation process. Optimize existing IBS for better user experience. Analysis of customer complaints and solving the issue proactively. Experience in various RF testing like CW testing, PIM testing, external interference analysis, etc. To support New Site Build (NSB) rollout related actives Set radio system parameters for UMTS / LTE / 5G network. Implement RF parameters and configure / integrate new Sites into existing 5G / LTE / HSPA network. Work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate challenges and be able to provide solutions. Work with other engineers / departments to troubleshoot worst-performing IBS, Maintain accurate project information in database / tracking spreadsheets. Interact with all IBS project stakeholders including NI to maintain an up-to-date understanding of project status.
