We’re Hiring : Client Services Manager | Noida (On-site) 🚨

TP is looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team in Noida. If you're passionate about relationship management, vendor coordination, and client-facing interactions on a global scale—this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary liaison between our clients and TP

Manage end-to-end relationships and ensure partnership success

Drive communication, collaboration, and service excellence across functions

Oversee vendor performance and support seamless operations

What We’re Looking For :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or Project Manager (preferably in the Contact Center / BPO industry)

Strong client engagement experience, with a flair for global communication and partnership-building

Location : Noida (On-site)
