About the Role :
We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and disciplined Client Success Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our inbound clients. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule appointments with potential clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive initial experience with our brand. You will play a crucial role in setting the stage for successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promptly engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, and other channels
- Build rapport and understand the client's situation using a consultative approach
- Pre-qualify prospects based on their needs, readiness, and eligibility
- Schedule appointments with qualified clients for our Specialist Team (Closers)
- Ensure accurate data entry and communication updates in the CRM system
- Follow up with no-shows, warm leads, and rescheduled appointments
- Prepare and excite clients ahead of their consultation to ensure high show-up rates
- Collaborate with Sales and Fulfillment teams for a seamless client journey
Key Skills & Requirements :
