Your new role : - We are seeking individuals who possess an unwavering determination to create a meaningful impact not only for our valued customers, but also within our close-knit team and across DBiz. As a MuleSoft Developer , you will provide technical support for our MuleSoft products, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. You will leverage your expertise in MuleSoft and related technologies to ensure a seamless experience for customers using our products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Provide troubleshooting and resolution of product-related issues for customers using MuleSoft integration solutions, including Anypoint Platform and related services.
- Incident Management : Manage and resolve customer-reported incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Customer Communication : Effectively communicate with customers, providing updates and explanations for technical issues, as well as detailed solutions and workarounds.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product engineering, development, and QA teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide insights for product improvements.
- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and product best practices for internal teams and customers.
- Product Expertise : Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of MuleSoft products, including Anypoint Platform, APIs, connectors, and integration patterns.
- Customer Training : Provide occasional training or mentoring to customers on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective customer support experiences.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, Mule ESB, and cloud-based integration tools and concepts.Experience : 6+ years of experience in product support, technical support, or a related role in a MuleSoft environment or integration-focused technology stack.Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Customer Focus : Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer support and maintaining positive customer relationships.Tools and Technologies : Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic), version control systems (e.g., Git), and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Preferred Qualifications :
MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1)Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with enterprise service bus (ESB), API management, and integration technologies
