What You'll Do :
Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Build and manage lead funnels using Zapier , Apollo , CRMs, and other automation tools
Create, monitor, and optimize for KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC
Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and event triggers
Perform daily performance checks and optimizations
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights
Run A / B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Collaborate with strategists and creatives for campaign ideation and execution
What You Bring :
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google ad platforms
Strong command of Zapier , Apollo , and lead automation flows
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) , Tag Manager , Meta Pixel
Analytical mindset – you should love numbers as much as creatives
Strong communication & ownership of performance metrics
Bonus : Experience with Ads, landing page builders, or no-code tools
