Job descriptionOversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews. Enhance performance frameworks, competency models, and evaluation tools. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effective performance conversations. Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders. Identify high-potential employees and build development roadmaps. Facilitate coaching, workshops, and capability-building sessions. Drive robust succession planning processes across business units. Create and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles. Evaluate readiness and development needs for key successors. Develop annual training calendars aligned to organizational priorities. Lead training needs analysis (TNA), vendor management, and program evaluation. Introduce innovative learning solutions, digital platforms, and blended learning approaches. Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to enhance workplace culture and career development. Implement retention strategies for top talent. Track and report key talent metrics, trends, and insights. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and measure program effectiveness. 12+ years of strong experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Organizational Development. Proven experience designing and implementing talent frameworks and leadership programs. Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership across regions. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities. Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). The Senior Manager – Talent Management will lead the design, development, and implementation of talent strategies that drive organizational performance and employee growth. This role will focus on end-to-end talent management initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and learning strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution experience, and a passion for enabling a high-performing culture.
