Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring that the financial health of the organization is maintained. This position requires someone who can handle complex financial tasks while providing strategic insight and guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

3. Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis to provide insights on business performance.

4. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Develop and maintain financial models to assist with decision-making and long-term financial planning.

6. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.

7. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

8. Supervise and mentor a team of junior finance professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.

9. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis for various projects.

10. Manage external audits and ensure successful completion within deadlines.

11. Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the finance department and the broader organization.
