Digital Marketing Consultant

Key Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, , Facebook, and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective lead generation.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Set up conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Campaign Manager.

Email Marketing :

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and email content that drive conversions.

Segment audiences and create personalized email sequences (drip campaigns, welcome series, re-engagement campaigns).

Optimize email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.

Run A / B tests on subject lines, content, and timing.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 4 years of combined experience in PPC advertising and email marketing.

Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and email tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.

Strong analytical skills and experience with A / B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.

Good copywriting skills for both ads and email content.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML for email template editing.

Experience in B2B lead generation, especially within industries like oil & gas, construction, or industrial services, is a plus.
