- Lead the development and customization of Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
- Develop custom modules and modify existing modules to enhance functionality.
- Ensure the integration of Odoo with other systems as needed.
- Develop and maintain Odoo Point of Sale (POS) solutions (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo default modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work directly with international clients to understand their business requirements.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications.
- Map client requirements to Odoo functionalities.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to clients.
- Proficient in Python programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Sound understanding of Odoo functional and technical aspects.
- Experience with module customization.
- Work on projects from conception to completion.
