Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Identity Now NERM setup, integrations, and workflows.

Implement the non-employee risk module specifically for contractors, managing their unique workflows.

Manage and facilitate the transfer of employee records in People Soft, including onboards, changes, and offboards.
