This role manages the entire employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), leads HR operations, drives performance management (PMS), oversees employee relations, and supports learning, development, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PMS, HR operations, data management, and recruitment.

Responsibilities
- HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build aligned HR initiatives.
- Provide HR advisory, coaching, and support to managers and employees.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Lead employee relations and grievance management.
- Conduct investigations, ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Hire-to-Retire Lifecycle Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, mobility, retention, and exit processes.
- Ensure seamless employee experience across all touchpoints.
- HR Operations
- Manage HR data, HRIS updates, payroll inputs, and attendance-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely process execution.
- Performance Management (PMS)
- Drive the entire PMS cycle : goal setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support leaders in conducting performance discussions.
- Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and support L&D program design, execution, and evaluation.
- Employer & Employee Branding
- Support internal communication and branding initiatives to strengthen culture and engagement.
- HR Analytics
- Use data and HR metrics (turnover, performance, engagement, L&D trends) to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver holistic HR solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s / HR certifications preferred).4–8 years of progressive HR experience across PMS, HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment.Proven experience handling investigations and complex ER cases.Exposure to L&D programs; employer branding experience is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.Required Skills
