Over 100 high-traffic eCommerce websites serving customers around the world. ERP software that manages our global operations. Business analytics that determine product / catalog selection, customer growth, and retention. Modules across all functions including marketing, logistics, customer support, and finance. Willingness to contribute as both a Lead and an Individual Contributor. You will drive architectural decisions without needing a massive hierarchy beneath you. 6+ years of technical development experience, including in a Lead or Senior Developer role with progressively increasing levels of scope. Extensive past experience and knowledge of Ruby on Rails. Experience with Javascript & Javascript-based frameworks (specifically React). Willingness to work in an AI-assisted development environment. You should be open to using modern tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment. Comfortable working in a compact, high-performance team. You should be self-driven and capable of managing complex architectures without requiring a large support team. Ability to contribute towards the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce applications (cloud-based and dedicated). Strong analytical skills with a product-first mindset.
