Tech Lead - PHP Full stack (5-7 years)

Tech Lead – PHP

Tech Lead , you’ll take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You’ll work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like

Magento ,

WordPress , and

Shopify , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead backend development using

Laravel

and modern PHP frameworks

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems

Manage

system integrations

via

REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI , and third-party services

Oversee projects involving

Magento, WordPress, Shopify , and related stacks

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices

Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery

Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years

of backend development experience in

PHP , with deep expertise in

Laravel

Experience working with

Magento ,

WordPress , and

Shopify

Strong background in

system integrations

using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks

Proficiency in : PHP, Laravel, Java

ReactJS, Node.js

MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB

CI / CD pipelines , Docker, and version control (Git)

Cloud platforms , especially

AWS

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients.

Flexibility to work in a small company.
