This role goes beyond paperwork โ youโll help shape a workplace culture that is aligned with our values of wellness, integrity, and growth , while also supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
๐ผ Key Responsibilities
๐ Maintain physical & digital employee records (contracts, leave requests, documentation).
๐๏ธ Update internal HR databases with new hire and employee information.
๐ Create and circulate guidelines, FAQs, and policy documents for staff.
๐ฐ Support payroll by gathering and managing data like working days, bank accounts, etc.
๐ข Post, update, and remove job ads as per hiring requirements.
๐ Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process.
๐ Prepare HR reports and presentations (hiring stats, employee metrics, etc.).
๐ Develop training material and onboarding programs for new employees.
๐ค Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and entitlements.
โ Requirements & Qualifications
๐ฉโ๐ผ Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer / Assistant or in a similar role.
๐ป Familiarity with HR software / HRIS and comfort with spreadsheets.
โ๏ธ Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
๐ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
๐ฌ Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
๐ Degree in HR Management (BBA / MBA preferred) or related field.
