We're now looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive client relationships, onboard new contracts, and partner with recruiters to deliver results.
What You'll Do :
- Engage with inbound and outbound healthcare staffing leads (hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, etc.
- Own the full sales cycle - from initial discovery to contract negotiation and signing.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure timely and successful placements.
- Handle account management, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Ensure repeat business and deepen client relationships over time.
- Use our core technology tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and accelerate closure.
