Job description

We're now looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive client relationships, onboard new contracts, and partner with recruiters to deliver results.

What You'll Do :

  • Engage with inbound and outbound healthcare staffing leads (hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, etc.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from initial discovery to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure timely and successful placements.
  • Handle account management, client communications, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure repeat business and deepen client relationships over time.
  • Use our core technology tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and accelerate closure.

  • What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing sales or client management.
  • Strong understanding of VMS / MSP systems and direct client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Comfort working US hours and coordinating with recruiters across time zones.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a consultative sales approach.
