Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Manager, FP&A to be part of our FP&A team. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and support across all aspects of Americas and Channel GTM organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you'll be responsible for :

• Analyzing and presenting comprehensive financial data, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior management
• Supporting the Sales function with critical financial metrics such as sales efficiency, productivity, and pipeline
• Building and evaluating detailed, scenario-based financial models for investment priorities and their business impact
• Developing and optimizing operational and financial processes in collaboration with business systems for maximum efficiency and forecast accuracy
• Leading QBRs and Annual Business Planning initiatives, while coaching and guiding analysts on their projects
