Senior Associate - Risk Management Services

This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well informed decisions.

The Opportunity

Our Global Compliance team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Associate to lead communication strategies for various projects. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to the firm's compliance communications framework and work with a team that values trust, respect, and collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Technical expertise

Design and execute advanced communications and special projects.
Lead coordination efforts across departments.
Experience in SharePoint development and administration.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create 'client value' insights from complex data.
Manage complex project schedules and deliverables.
Analyze and report on project outcomes for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all communications.

People Management

Manage performance of the team members from setting goals to assessing performance against goals to providing performance feedback

Manage and address potential conflicts amongst the team members

Work cohesively with the team to address their issues / concerns and maintain a positive working environment

Ensure adherence to work-flow protocol and tools

Coordinate training schedules for new and existing members of the team

Coach and mentor team members for professional development and recommends training requirements to address perceived gaps

Identify training, learning & development opportunities for the team members

Skills and Attributes for Success :

Experience in communications project management.

Advanced knowledge of communication strategies and best practices.

Exceptional leadership and team coordination abilities.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have :

Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed institute

At least 3 years of professional experience

Exposure of handling client interaction

Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills in English

Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment

Attention to detail and a solution oriented approach

Ideally, You’ll Also Have :

Proficiency in SharePoint and advanced MS Office skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
