Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Python + React) to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using Python (Django or Flask) and React.js
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and build scalable solutions
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components seamlessly
Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across both frontend and backend
Write clean, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement processes
Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation

Must-Have Skills :

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development

Proficient in Python, with strong experience in Django or Flask

Solid expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems (Hooks, Redux, JSX)

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows

Good to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with Docker, CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Understanding of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT)

Exposure to testing frameworks like PyTest, Jest, or React Testing Library
