About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven and persuasive Sales Closer to join our team and help convert qualified leads into premium clients for our high-ticket coaching program. Your role is to conduct deep-dive sales conversations, identify the prospect’s core problems, and close them confidently while maintaining high integrity.
This is not a beginner role—this is for someone who thrives on high-stakes conversations and is obsessed with winning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct 1 : 1 Zoom / phone sales calls with pre-qualified leads
- Understand the prospect's pain points, desires, and current challenges
- Position the program as the ultimate solution while handling objections effectively
- Maintain a high closing ratio without compromising on client fit and program values
- Ensure payment collection and post-close handover to the Client Success team
- Update CRM and sales trackers promptly
- Participate in regular sales training, roleplays, and feedback sessions
Key Skills & Requirements :
Proven track record in high-ticket sales (closing 50K–1L+ offers preferred)Strong objection handling, emotional intelligence, and ability to hold frameExceptional listening and questioning skillsAbility to follow a structured sales process while adapting to individual client needsHigh discipline in follow-up and pipeline managementFluent in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)Performance Metrics (KPIs) :
