Job descriptionStore Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence. Team Leadership & Development – Manage, train, and motivate a team of 30+ employees. Sales & Revenue Growth – Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Customer Experience & Engagement – Maintain high service standards and handle customer concerns. Inventory & Merchandising – Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, and store organization. Compliance & SOP Adherence – Ensure store policies and procedures are followed. Performance Monitoring – Analyze store performance and execute improvement. Ideal Candidate :
