Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across sectors.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with clients’ management teams for smooth execution of audits.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting / auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
